- Custom Landscape Construction
Once the design process has advanced from conceptual discussion to final construction planning, our Designer will become your Project Manager. This hands-on approach ensures that your ideas and our designs are carried throughout the project from start-to-finish.
By design, West Bay Landscape Co. performs all aspects of its projects without the use of subcontractors. This streamlined approach ensures our ability to maintain our projects and schedules at the highest level of quality and efficiency. West Bay Landscape Company’s construction team includes craftsmen experienced in many trades: fine carpentry, tile and masonry, artisan concrete, outdoor lighting, irrigation and planting.
The greatest benefit of working with a Design-Build company is the ability to adapt to change. Landscape by nature is more dynamic than any other construction based trade. Your Project Manager will be there throughout the project to answer any of your questions, to communicate schedules, and to assist as new ideas or challenges may come to light.
As a Landscape Maintenance provider, we design and execute our projects with the intent of long-term sustainability and ease of maintenance at the forefront. Each of our construction or renovation projects is followed up by our no-cost Maintenance Service Warranty.
- Long-term Landscape Maintenance
West Bay Landscape Company has several teams of experienced gardeners providing weekly service to residential and commercial properties across the San Francisco Bay Area. Whether we are beginning maintenance of one of our newly installed landscapes, or providing service to a mature property, our dedicated Maintenance Department Manager can design a horticultural program to fit your needs.
Upon completion of a construction project, we provide the option to have the property maintained by our Landscape Maintenance Department, further extending the Warranty provided for all of our new plantings. Our Designer/Project Manager will hand the project to our Maintenance Manager with detailed communication of the ideas that were generated through the design process, as well as specifics regarding the irrigation, lighting and drainage. This allows us to develop and grow the property to meet your expectations, and to manage all elements of the property at their greatest potential.
At our mature sites, and for our new customers, our maintenance goals are to increase the usefulness and attractiveness of our properties year after year, rather than to allow them to decline with age. A landscape is an ever-changing part of your daily life, and we feel that it should be a bright spot in your day rather than a burden.
